Create the account

  1. Open the sign-up page.

  2. Under About you, write Your name and enter the WhatsApp number. This number is your sign-in name.

  3. Under Your practice, choose the Type of practice: Solo practice, Multi-doctor clinic or Allied health. The Clinic name is optional and you can change it later.

  4. Under Password, choose a Password of at least 8 characters. You can also open Add an email (to reset your password): an email address is how you reset the password later.

  5. Press Create account. By doing so you accept the Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Open the sign-in page. Enter your Email or phone number and your Password, then press Sign in.

  • Keep me signed in on this device keeps you signed in on this device. Leave it off on a shared computer.
  • If two-step verification is on for your account you are asked for the 6-digit code from your authenticator app (Two-step verification).

Work through the checklist

On the owner's Today screen a box called Get your clinic ready shows how far you are. Each line has an Open button and shows Done when it is finished.

  1. Add a doctor. Appointments and consultations are assigned to a doctor. Add yourself or a colleague on the users page (see staff and roles).

  2. Set your service prices. The starter services are priced at zero, so set the prices before you invoice (see branches and services).

  3. Add a branch. This line appears for a multi-doctor clinic that works in more than one place.

  4. Add your first patient.

  5. Book your first appointment.
