Doctor schedules: hours and booking rules

Open a schedule

The owner opens More, then Hours and services, and presses Edit beside a doctor. A doctor opens their own schedule from the same place.

Working hours

   Press Add hours.

   Choose the Day, the Type (In person or Online), then From and To. In a clinic with branches also choose the Branch, or All branches.

   Repeat for each day, then press Save.

• In-person hours and online hours are separate. Nothing can be booked outside them.
• Two periods on the same day must not overlap.
• If no in-person hours are set, the earlier 08:00 to 20:00 applies. If no online hours are set, online visits cannot be booked.

Booking rules

These rules decide which times a patient or the desk is offered.

• Step between offered times (minutes): how far apart the offered times are.
• Preparation before each visit (minutes) and Wrap-up after each visit (minutes): time kept free around each visit.
• Minimum notice before a visit (minutes): how late before a visit it can still be booked.
• Bookable up to (days ahead): how far ahead it can be booked.
• Daily limit of online visits: leave it empty for no limit.
• Last time a patient may cancel before a visit (minutes): after this a patient can no longer cancel alone.
• Accept online visits (video and audio): only the owner switches it on, and it also needs online hours and at least one service offered online.

Services and prices of this doctor

Under Services and prices list only what this doctor offers. Press Add a service, choose the service, then the type (In person or Online), the duration and the price. The price is optional: if you leave it empty, the patient is told that the clinic will say the price.
