Pay and activate
An online gateway such as ZainCash where enabled, or a bank transfer with the receipt attached. The subscription is activated once the payment is confirmed.
Laboratories: early access
The laboratory plan is for receiving orders and attaching and reviewing results. It is still early access and is not a complete laboratory information system. Ask for a demo and we will go through your need.
Laboratory plan: 920,000 IQD
- The storage in a plan is a cap. For more storage or more doctors than a plan allows, ask for an offer.
- Each clinic's data is separate. Staff of one clinic cannot open another clinic's patients.
Costs outside the plan price
For some services an outside provider charges for use. Those charges are not part of the plan price, and there is no free or unlimited use of them.
- Video time in online visits (early access): the owner sets a limit in minutes, and without it online visits are not offered.
- SMS and WhatsApp: the provider charges per message, and no paid message is sent without the clinic setting it up.
We publish no price for these here. There is no automatic top-up: when the limit is reached the service stops.

What does the price include?
Every tool in the system: appointments, patient files, consultations, prescriptions, results, invoices, inventory and reports. Plans differ only in users and storage.
How does the free trial work?
You create the clinic account without a bank card and try it for 14 days within the trial limits (a limited number of patients and storage). When it ends you choose a plan to carry on.
How do I pay?
In Iraqi dinar, one payment upfront for 12 calendar months; there is no monthly purchase. Through an online gateway such as ZainCash where enabled, or by bank transfer with the receipt uploaded inside the system. The subscription is activated once the payment is confirmed.
Is the price per doctor?
No. Each plan includes a set number of users by role (owner, doctors, accountant, reception, assistants). Essential is for one doctor, Professional for up to 3 and Business for up to 10. Networks and several branches have an annual contract by agreement.
Do patients need to install an app?
No. The clinic's booking page and the patient portal work in any phone's browser, with nothing to install.
Is my clinic's data separate from other clinics'?
Yes. Every query and write in the system is limited to the signed-in user's clinic, and one clinic's patient does not appear to another clinic, even with a copied link.
