Access and privacy, as built

What the system does today, with no claims about certifications.

  • Each clinic's data is separate

Staff of one clinic cannot open another clinic's patients, even with a copied link.

  • Access follows the role

Each role sees only what it needs. Only doctors the owner has authorised can write prescriptions.

  • Patient files are private

A file opens only after sign-in, for authorised staff of the same clinic. There is no public link to any file.

  • A doctor releases results

A test result reaches the patient's portal only after the named reviewer has reviewed and released it.

  • Important changes leave a trail

Edits to prescriptions, settings and similar are recorded with who made them and when.

  • Safer sign-in

Optional two-step verification with recovery codes. Sessions are short unless you choose to stay signed in on your own device.

Frequently asked questions

Is it only for dental clinics?

No. It is made for outpatient clinics in general: general practice, paediatrics, dermatology and allied health. A clinic that needs dental tools can switch them on.

Does it work in Arabic, Kurdish and Persian?

Yes: Arabic (the default), Sorani Kurdish, Persian and English. The first three read right to left, and your choice of language is remembered.

Are laboratory and imaging supported?

Early access only: tests can be ordered and result files attached, and a named doctor reviews each result and releases it to the patient. It is not a full laboratory system or an imaging archive.

Does it need AI?

No. The core features work without it. Any AI draft is shown as a draft and still needs the doctor's approval.

What about privacy and cookies?

The site uses essential cookies only (session and language) and has no tracking tools. Each clinic's data is separated from every other clinic's.

How do I start?
