The doctor's public page

A doctor writes a page, the owner reviews and publishes it, and patients can book from it. Preview, publish, unpublish and share the QR code.

The doctor writes a draft

  1. Open More and then Doctor page. Press Start my page.

  2. Fill in Name as patients see it, A short line about you, Specialty and About. The text is plain: separate paragraphs with a blank line and do not add links.

  3. Add Languages you speak and Training and registration (in your words), one per line. Patients see credentials as stated by the doctor; the clinic does not verify them.

  4. Add a photo with Choose a photo (JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 5 MB). The photo is public, and its location and camera details are removed.

  5. Press Save draft. Visitors still see nothing.

The owner reviews and publishes

  1. The owner opens Doctor page and presses Edit beside the doctor.

  2. Press Preview draft. Only staff see the preview, and search engines do not index it.

  3. Press Publish page. The page needs the name and at least a headline, a specialty, an about text or one credential.

  4. After later edits the page shows Changes not published yet and the button becomes Publish changes. To take the page down press Unpublish.

Address and QR code

The Page address is made of lowercase Latin letters, digits and hyphens. It is locked while the page is published because people keep the link; unpublish first to change it. The QR code for the doctor page is for a card or a sign and opens the page once it is published.

What patients see

  • Only what the clinic entered: no ratings, no reviews, no invented hours.
  • A Book an appointment button that leads to the online booking page.
  • A reminder that the page is for introductions and booking, not for emergencies.
