Book an appointment online

Open the booking page

Use the link the clinic gave you, for example on WhatsApp. If you have the QR code of a doctor's page, scan it and press Book an appointment. There is nothing to install: it works in the browser of any phone.

   Choose the Service and the Doctor. If the clinic has more than one place, choose the Branch.

   If the clinic offers online visits, answer How would you like the visit?: In person at the clinic, Video call or Audio call.

   Choose the Date, then a time from the free times.

   Write your Full name and your Phone number. The clinic may call you on this number. You can add a note for the clinic.

   Tick the box that lets the clinic use your name and phone number for this appointment. For an online visit the same box says that it is not for emergencies.

   Press Confirm booking.

After you book

• The page says Your appointment is booked and shows the day, the time and the doctor.
• You pay the clinic directly, at the clinic or by transfer. Nothing is charged on this page.
• Press Add to calendar to put the time in your phone's calendar. The calendar file holds only the time, the doctor, the clinic and a fixed sentence, never the link of an online visit.
• To change the appointment, call the clinic.
• For an online visit, keep the link shown under Your visit link. See joining an online visit.

If it does not work

• That time has just been taken. Please choose another. Somebody else took that time a moment before you. Choose another.
• A phone number can have only a few upcoming online appointments. The page then asks you to call the clinic.
• Too many attempts. Wait a little and try again.
