Branches

A clinic in one place does not need a branch. Add branches when the clinic works in more than one place: appointments, the queue and reports can then be filtered by branch.

   Open More and then Branches.

   Write the Branch name, and if you wish the Address and Phone.

   Press Add branch.

• To stop using a branch press Deactivate. It shows Inactive, and Activate brings it back.
• With two or more branches, Today shows a Branch filter and the appointment form has a Branch field.

Services and prices

Appointments, treatments and invoices use the clinic's list of services. The owner and the doctors can change it; everyone else can read it.

   Open Services and prices.

   Press Add service. Write the name, the price and the minutes. A service keeps its name in four languages: Arabic, Kurdish, Persian and English.

   To change a price, edit it in the list and save.

   To stop offering a service, switch it off. A service that recorded treatments use cannot be deleted.
