The Finance page
- Open Finance. The cards show Waiting to be collected and Collected today.
- Use Show to show All, Not fully paid or Paid.
- An invoice is Draft, Unpaid, Partly paid, Paid or Overdue.
Create an invoice
Press New invoice. From a consultation, Create invoice makes an invoice from the appointment's service and its price.
Choose the patient, the currency and the due date.
Press Add item for each item: description, quantity and unit price. You can add a discount and tax, and a note.
Press Issue invoice.
Record a payment
Open the invoice and press Record a payment.
Write the amount. Full balance fills in the whole balance. Choose the method (cash, card, transfer or other) and, if you wish, a reference.
Press the record button. The invoice becomes partly paid or paid, and the payment shows in the cash book.
Press Receipt on the payment to print a receipt.
Transfers reported by patients
A patient can report a bank transfer from the portal. Finance then shows how many are waiting. Open Patient payments.
On the tab Waiting check, for each line, that the money has reached the clinic's account, then press Confirm — money received. Press Reject with a reason if it has not; the patient sees the reason. The tab Clinic accounts shows the clinic's accounts that patients pay into.
