A tour of the screens

The five places

The main menu has five places: Today, Patients, Appointments, Finance and More. On a phone they are the tabs at the bottom. On a wide screen they are the side menu, which also lists the other tools you may open under Tools.

You see only what your role and the owner's settings allow, so two colleagues may see different menus.

What Today shows each role

• Reception: Waiting, Expected and With the doctor, with a box to find a patient.
• Doctor: Current patient or Next patient with allergies, chronic conditions and medicines, then Results awaiting your review and Your schedule today.
• Cashier: Unpaid invoices, Collected today and Owed by patients.
• Owner: Today at a glance, Today's schedule, who is waiting, results waiting for review and the set-up checklist.

What is under More

More lists every other tool in groups such as Clinical, Diagnostics, Finance, Operations and Administration. The owner also finds settings pages here, such as Practice type and modules, Branches, Online booking and Hours and services. A doctor finds Doctor page and Hours and services.

A tool marked Preview or Early access is real but not finished.

At the bottom of More you can change the Interface language, switch between Light and Dark, and Sign out.
