Your next patient

When reception checks a patient in, the patient joins the queue. The top card shows Current patient if you are with someone and Next patient if not: the name, file number, age, ticket number and how long the patient has waited.

   Read the box Recorded in the file: the allergies, chronic conditions and current medicines already in the file. They were entered earlier, so confirm them with the patient.

   Press Start consultation.

   Press Open consultation to write the note. See the consultation.

   When the visit is over press Finish consultation. Open record opens the patient's file at any time.

Results and your schedule

• Results awaiting your review lists the tests waiting for you. Press a line to open the patient's results.
• Your schedule today lists your appointments with time, reason and status.
• An online visit shows a video or audio badge and a Online visit room link until the visit is finished.

When nobody is waiting

No patient is waiting. means that no patient has been checked in yet. Patients appear here after reception presses Check in.
