Find a patient
Use the box Find a patient on Today (name, phone or file number), or open Patients. Several patients can share one phone number, and a patient can have no phone at all.
Read the file
- The top of the file shows the name, file number, age, phone and, in a coloured box, the allergy.
- Overview: the next appointment, the last visit and what is recorded (allergies, chronic conditions, medicines).
- Visits: the visits and their notes, each marked Signed or Draft.
- Results & files: tests and the patient's documents. See tests and results.
- Billing: invoices and what the patient owes.
- Buttons: Book appointment, New prescription (only for a doctor who may prescribe), Edit details and Print record.
Add a document
Open the tab Results & files and find Add a file to this patient.
Write the File title and press Choose the file. A PDF or an image (PNG, JPG, WebP), up to 20 MB.
Press Upload.
Family and access
The tab Family & access shows three things. It only shows them; a relationship alone gives nobody access.
- Patients with the same phone number: a shared phone is not a relationship and not permission. It is only a number used on more than one file.
- Recorded relationships: who the person is to the patient, for example a mother or a guardian. A legal guardian is marked Legal guardian.
- Access grants: an access grant is explicit, limited to what it names (appointments, released results, billing or the clinical record) and can be withdrawn. Without a grant nobody outside the clinic team can see the file.
