Frequently asked questions

Short answers about the trial, prices, languages, early access features, data separation and what the system does not do.

Last reviewed: 2026-10-24

Is there a free trial?

Yes. A new clinic account starts with a 14-day free trial, without a bank card, within the trial's limits on patients and storage. When it ends you choose a plan to carry on.

How much does it cost?

Prices are on the pricing page. They are yearly, in Iraqi dinar, and every plan includes every tool: plans differ only in users and storage.

Which languages does it speak?

Arabic, Sorani Kurdish, Persian and English. Arabic, Kurdish and Persian read right to left and English left to right. Digits are always 0 to 9, dates are Gregorian and times are Baghdad time.

Do patients need to install an app?

No. The booking page and the patient portal work in the browser of any phone.

Are online visits ready?

They are in early access. They need a video provider to be set up for the system, and a monthly limit set by the owner. They are not for emergencies, and the call is not recorded.

Are laboratories and imaging centres supported?

They are in early access. They can record an order, attach a result, assign a reviewer and release the result to the patient, with a trail. They are not a laboratory information system or an imaging workstation.

Is my clinic's data separate from other clinics'?

Yes. Everything the system reads or writes is limited to the signed-in user's clinic, and staff of one clinic cannot open another clinic's patients, even with a copied link.

Does the system diagnose or prescribe by itself?

No. The visit forms are structured notes: they calculate no scores and suggest no diagnosis. Only doctors the owner has allowed can write prescriptions. The optional drafting aid only writes drafts that a doctor must read and approve.

Can I work without the internet?

No. DrOnlineIQ needs an internet connection. Working offline is not supported.

How do I take my data out?

The owner can download a copy from the backup page, which is labelled preview. See backup and exporting.
