Subscription, users and storage

What the plan limits

Every plan includes every tool. Plans differ only in how many users each role may have and how much file storage the clinic gets. The numbers are on the pricing page; they are not repeated here so that they are never out of date.

• Users: each role (owner, doctor, cashier, reception, assistant) has its own number of places. Only active users count, so Deactivate user frees a place.
• Storage: patient files count toward it. When it is full, a new upload is refused with a message; the files already stored are kept and never deleted.
• During the free trial the number of patients and the storage are limited as well.

Pay or renew

Payment is yearly only, in Iraqi dinar: one payment for 12 calendar months. There is no monthly purchase. Only the owner pays.

   Open Subscription.

   Under Choose plan choose the plan. If you have a discount code, enter it.

   Under Payment method choose how to pay: an online gateway where one is enabled, or Bank transfer.

   For a bank transfer, pay into the account shown and send the receipt as the page asks. For an online payment press Pay & activate.

When the subscription ends

A notice appears when the end is near. A paid clinic keeps working for a short grace period after its year ends; a trial has no grace period.

After that, staff are sent to a renewal page until the owner renews. The page says that the clinic's data is kept and is available again after renewal. While the clinic is locked its online booking page and its patient portal are closed to patients.
