From the moment a patient arrives to payment and follow-up. All of it in the same plan, and only what works today.

Front desk and appointments

  • Appointments for each doctor with no double booking
  • A daily waiting queue with a numbered ticket for each patient
  • A week view and a waiting list for slots
  • A public booking page the owner switches on

The patient file

  • One file per patient with allergies and ongoing medicines
  • One phone number shared by a family, and patients with no phone
  • Patient files are private; no file has a public link
  • Consent forms

Consultation and treatment

  • A structured visit form that follows the doctor's specialty
  • Signed notes are kept as they were signed; a change appears as a new version
  • Prescriptions with revision history, written only by those the owner has authorised
  • Test orders, results, and a review before the patient can see them
  • Staged treatment plans with follow-up

Money and the cash desk

  • Each patient's balance and what is owed, at a glance

  • Role-based access, and each clinic's data fully separate
  • An audit log, staff leave and branches
  • Optional two-step sign-in with recovery codes

Inventory and reports

  • Latin digits, the Gregorian calendar and Baghdad time in every language
  • Built for Iraqi cities, from Baghdad to Erbil

Waiting-room queue and call display

Early access

Show the ticket number and room on the waiting-room screen. When reception calls, the screen updates, with no patient medical information shown.

  • Ticket number and room, large, on the waiting-room screen
  • The practitioner's public display name, optional and only if the practitioner has published it
  • The next tickets in the real queue order
  • Call and call again from the controls of authorised reception or clinician staff
  • An optional chime when a ticket is called, after one click on the screen itself
  • One shared screen, or a separate one per room, branch or practitioner
  • Secure pairing with a short code; the screen is view-only and can be disconnected at any time
  • A connection indicator and a “last updated” time; if answers stop, the screen says the list may be out of date
  • Privacy: no patient name, phone number or medical information

Works with a compatible Smart TV browser or a computer connected over HDMI. Early access. So far tested in a desktop browser only; no particular Smart TV model is guaranteed, so try your own TV before relying on it. The screen, cables and installation are not part of the subscription, and there are no spoken announcements.

In development: what we do not yet call finished

We say so plainly, so you do not rely on them before they are complete.

  • WhatsApp reminders

    In development

Templates are ready, but sending needs a provider connection the platform team configures.

  • Imaging and DICOM

    In development

Study storage and an image viewer. No PACS and no reporting workflow.

  • Insurance claims

    In development

Claim records exist and still need generalising for every specialty.

  • AI-assisted drafts

    In development

Every output is a draft that needs the doctor's approval, and stays off until a provider is configured.

  • Laboratories and imaging centres

    Early access

Early access: orders, results, review and release to the patient. Not a laboratory information system or an imaging workstation.
